The Services may only be used for lawful purposes. Customers and users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law.

Is unlawful or promotes illegal activity

You agree not to:

Circumvent or bypass authentication or security mechanisms
Interfere with the operation or performance of the Services
Perform denial-of-service attacks or other disruptive activities
Distribute malware or harmful software
Attempt to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities
Any such activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
4. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
The Services may not be used to send:
Unsolicited bulk email (spam)
Unauthorized marketing messages
Automated messaging campaigns not approved by Emprez
Customers may not operate chat rooms, message boards, or mass communication tools through the Services without prior written consent from Emprez.
5. Protection of the Platform
Users must not use the Services in a way that:
Negatively affects the performance or stability of the platform
Disrupts other users’ access to the Services
Damages Emprez’s infrastructure, systems, or reputation
Emprez reserves the right to limit or suspend activity that negatively impacts system performance.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
The activities of their employees and authorized users
Ensuring proper security of their accounts and network access
Promptly notifying Emprez of any suspected security breach or misuse
Failure to maintain adequate security may result in suspension of services.
7. Enforcement
Emprez reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Investigate suspected violations of this Policy
Remove or disable access to content that violates this Policy
Suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations
Take legal action when appropriate
Emprez may cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required.
8. Policy Updates
Emprez may update or modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
Updates become effective when they are posted on this page.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
